Not at all. No horse experience is required. All interactions are guided, ground-based, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
No. Horse & Soul Equine sessions are entirely ground-based. You will not ride the horses at any time.
Each session is unique and guided by your goals. Sessions may include observation, interaction, and reflective activities with the horses. The focus is on awareness, connection, and insight rather than performance or instruction.
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. You’ll be spending time outdoors, so layers are helpful.
That’s completely okay — and very common. You are never required to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. Sessions move at your pace, and the horses help guide the experience gently and naturally.
Some sessions may continue in light weather conditions, while others may be rescheduled for safety and comfort. You’ll be notified ahead of time if changes are needed.
